We are writing to inform you of a scheduled downtime event, which will occur on either September 25th, 2024, or October 2nd, 2024, starting at approximately 8:00 AM CEST. We are finalizing the preferred date, with September 25th being our target. Should there be any changes, we will notify you promptly. We will also provide regular updates throughout the process.

This is an update to inform everyone that the preferred date of September 25th, 8:00 AM CEST [Tomorrow!], will proceed as planned.

All systems are back online, and applications are being restarted!

The anticipated downtime is expected to last at least 8 hours, based on prior experience, but please note this is subject to change.

This downtime is necessary to relocate three racks from one data center to another. We are committed to ensuring that this transition is carried out safely and efficiently.

A table detailing the selected racks and servers affected is provided at the bottom of this announcement. Please review it to determine if you will be impacted.

To check if you are on one of the affected servers, you can verify the URL of any of your applications:

Your server name is also listed in your User Control Panel, next to your username on the dashboard, above the Overview, Connect, Apps, and Installer tabs. For example:

username - servername.usbx.me

If your server is not listed or you did not receive an email notification, you are not affected.

Please note that the relocation process will not involve any changes to data or configurations. The servers will be reconnected in the new Data Center with no internal changes to data or hardware, so IPs, ports, hostnames, and application endpoints will not change.

Updates will be shared through our network status page and Discord announcements on the scheduled day to keep you fully informed throughout the process.
