PSA: docker daemon / port allocation related issues.

Hey Ultra customers,

Unfortunately, recently we have noticed more and more issues with (re)installing / upgrading applications.
It is currently under investigation by the big brains.

At this time, I would highly recommend that you do not reinstall applications or use the upgrade/repair feature unless it is necessary.

If your installation fails: You can't do anything more other than click the "cleanup" button and then attempt the installation again.
If your upgrade/repair fails: In that scenario, all you can do is try again and again. Eventually, the port will become free.

UPDATE: 2022-06-23-

A solution has been rolled out to mitigate any port binding issues but a few things need to be noted as they will now be an issue.

ZNCDocker applications no longer listen directly on the default interface. You must use also the same to connect to your IRC bouncer.
