We are providing a little post to update you on some ongoing network issues beyond our control but may be affecting your experience.

2023-10-25: We are presently addressing connectivity issues within one of our European data centers, specifically pertaining to routing. Our dedicated team is actively investigating the matter. Consequently, users may experience intermittent connectivity disruptions to our services during this investigative phase.

2023-10-20: Please be advised that Cogent, a pivotal entity in internet transit, is currently contending with substantial routing and traffic issues. As a result, users may encounter compromised speeds and performance until the aforementioned issues are rectified. There is an ongoing outage affecting our leased capacity between Europe and Asia, causing part of our backbone capacity to be impacted. The ongoing activity is an urgent SMW5 cable repair between Matara & Yanbu on Submarine segment S1B. The leased capacity will remain down during the repair operation. ETR 10/30/2023.
