Update on Support Ticket times.

Hi, Ultra.cc family,
We just wanted to wish everyone well during the festive period. Have fun with your families over Christmas and New Year's holidays.
It has been a pleasure to provide service to you all in 2023.
This brings a note to ultra.cc support times in late Dec/Early January. Support response times will naturally increase as we spend time with our loved ones and prepare for Christmas.
Support Tickets will be viewed less frequently; the lead time could be 24 hours or longer. Tickets will be resolved per severity.
We strive and take massive pride in providing the best support, but we wanted to explain any "abnormalities".
