[ACTION REQUIRED] OpenVPN Certificate Renewal – October 18, 2026

We will renew our OpenVPN Certificate Authority (CA) certificates on October 18, 2026 as part of our scheduled server maintenance. Following this renewal, existing OpenVPN configurations will no longer work.
If you use our OpenVPN service, you must download new configurations after the renewal is complete and replace the existing profiles on each device. Configurations downloaded before the renewal will need to be replaced again.
To update your configurations:
- Log in to the User Control Panel.
- Open your service and select the Connect tab.
- Find OpenVPN access and download your new configurations.
- Extract the downloaded files and import the updated profiles into your OpenVPN client on each device.

If you do not use our OpenVPN service, no action is required.
